Operation Trainee is responsible for leading, controlling, and coordinating with others for plant production and others activity like a Plant Manager.

o Production Operational Controlling – 30%
§ Manage the facilities and the people to produce our products as efficiency as possible while meeting all others Corporate and business unit guideliness
§ Manufacture products which conform to the product formula and all other requirements of the product design
§ Monitor Process End Of Day timely
§ Calculate on efficiency plant production related to cost, manhour, and productivity
§ Conform standard of quality and service of our business and character of the people proffesionally in presenting the brand image, provide working conditions which are pleasant and practical for our industry, preserve and improve facilities, follow spesifications that follow the guidelines for general repair and capital projects, procure best overall purchase price for supplies and repair parts and use the preferred supplier program

o Operation Data Analysis – 20%
§ Supplier Invoice Management; Verify, review, seek an approval and manage Invoice tracking
§ Input and maintain OEE report daily and do necessary process improvement
§ Monitor Capex Spending
§ Review Fixed Asset list and potential Impairement and Disposal
§ Assist Plant Manager to review monthly manufacturing expense

o Reporting – 20%
§ Prepare list of monthly Operational Report
§ Preparing budget and monitor actual spending
§ Support the EHS team in preparing RIFR and SIFR report
§ Provide accurate and timely information to those responsible for accounting and to understand and act on the information report generated

o Business Supports – 30%
§ Able to work with 3rd party vendor for manpower supply in outsourcing or piecework
§ Prepare and submit the annual manpower report to local Disnaker
§ Member of Green Team and Cargil Care Council to support CSR and CWN Program and iniate programs to support inclusion and diversity strategy in site.
§ Liaise with CSSP for New Vendor creation and purchase / contract document
§ Commit in maintaining health and safety principles
§ Keep track and monitor Contracts, Licences, Permits and Agreement with Third party and Government
Manage internal and external customer satisfaction


Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical , Mechanical , Industrial , Environment) or equivalent
Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years working experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creative, Innovative and able to work in team in collaborative approach to solve the problem
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently
  • Good communication skills either in Bahasa and English both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excell, Database,Power Point and Word )
  • Self motivated, independent, highly inisiative and reliable
  • Understand engineering including electrical and mechanical, people and time management
