Description

On a day-to-day basis, you are going to do administrative task related to Formalities team invoicing and data recording from which based on your work we can determine the total volume and amount of services that Formalities team has provided. Your role as Formalities Admin will also include Expatriates housing facility management. In this case you will engage with several property agency and/or serviced apartments and houses where our expats stayed. Aside to that, you are also going to help us to provide business travel service for all of our employee

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Has administrative experience for at least 1 year. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Comfortable to speak English on a daily basis
  • Exceptional administrative skills and the ability to invent new ways to do the task at hand efficiently
  • High attention to details
  • Able to identify priority task and well managed under pressure
  • Cool-headed and has a high-level initiative
  • Have a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new things
