Build Strong Customer Relationship and network with all major accounts.

Develop Strong opportunity Pipeline and lead to closure of sales to achieve the sales goals

Manage and coach the Sales team related to objectives setting and performance

Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs to obtain insights related to the business

Present findings and recommendation to management related to sales performance

Fresh graduate/up to 1 year experience as an Account Executive/Customer-facing role

Have a previous degree related to Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing Communication or equivalent

Have a knowledge in relationship management, communication, persuasion and negotiation skill, sales and marketing knowledge

A willingness to learn and growth mindset is a must

Comfortable in a target-oriented work environment

Have a service mindset, people person but not a yes man/woman
