- Education minimum S1 Psychology / Human Resource Management / Law
- Preferably have experience as HR , GA & Purchasing Manager min. 3 years in Mall or Plaza Building Management
- Understand the job cycle of Personnel, Employment Law, Commercial and procurement and maintenance of assets
- Having an attractive personality, open, adaptable, wide connections, friendly, creative, honest and able to work in teams.
- Have a passion for the problems and of achievement
- Willing to be placed in Business Unit / Project specified (Jabodetabek)
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair on the project Apartment on a regular basis and ensure conditions are in accordance with the standards specified.
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of facilities and infrastructure inside / outside the apartment building.
- Take action quickly when during a routine inspection, found damage / installation imperfect, damaged floors, stain / graffiti, broken wall, and report to the head of the Civil Maintenance

- Control employee presence (absence) and anticipation and action needed
- Handling of Industrial Relations
- Maintenance BPJS Employment and Health
- Fulfillment number Manpower Busines Unit (Recruitment)
- Monitor progress and ensure employee training needs against
- Preparing quickly and appropriately associated with the opening of operations in a Business Unit (preparatory work, equipment, communication networks, etc.).
- Pemenuhan working equipment to support operations office (ATK, desk-chair, computer, air conditioning, etc.).
- Perform maintenance on facilities and infrastructure found in an office environment in a fast, accurate, and quality within the budget specified.
- control budget for the costs that arise in the activities of the General Affairs
- Receive and review the letter of demand for goods from all parts, daily or monthly
- Conduct an examination of the accuracy of the examination by the budget or needs
- Collecting data on suppliers in terms of price, readiness and accuracy of delivery and quality of the goods they offer as data for selecting suppliers
- Doing the buying process from start request, quotation, preparation of administrative documents up to control the accuracy of the purchase
