Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 year of sales experience in promotional business and minimum of 4 years in managerial level is desired
  • Must have proven track record and solid experience in handling Consumer Goods clients
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in dealing with various sourcing and suppliers of promotional products is a must
  • Working background in Advertising or Promotional Agency with excellent network in FMCG companies, banking, consumer electronics, and automotive will be desired
  • Understanding of SNI procedure, importation process and manufacturing process is preferred
  • Experience in working with multi-national companies and global brand principal is an advantage

  • Social Media active users (i.e. Instagram, Snapchat, FB, etc.)

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively initiate and acquiring new promotional base business for premiums with clients from various background such as FMCG, F&B, Banking, Retail, etc.
  • Deliver against the annual financial targets for the assigned partners
  • Forge strong relationships with our clients and vendor partners to fill product gaps and continually grow our market share.
  • Inspire our clients/partners to continually innovate in their promotion and marketing program with unique and compelling premium items
  • Initiate in-store promotions and activation programs with respective partners
  • Support business development and make strategic recommendations for future growth.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ALL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To initiate, co-ordinate and finalize new business for premium promotionwith key clients and to ensure that these are in line with the overall business directions and category objectives.
  • To work with key vendor to identify new and improve on existing promotion product sourcing of best products & pricing solutions.
  • To work with the Finance Dept. the collection of the Account Receivables and the administration and execution of the contract.
  • To be involved in the art/design approval process and to work closely with the Creative Team in ensuring that the supplier delivers the right promotional products and to consistently work towards best products or innovative product development.
  • To work with licensees, retail & marketing group to develop and implement category specific promotions where relevant and to continue to build and strengthen retail and brand presence through the establishment of permanent retail brand and /or identity counters and corners.
  • To be informed of and understand industry trends, developments and regulations and to be able to understand these trends and developments in relation to our customers and business.
  • To execute any other roles and responsibilities that may be designated from time to time by the Company
