Functional skills and knowledge

  • Keen and well experience in Industry – Scientific Instrument
  • Chemical Sciences background

Soft skills

  • Excellent and effective communication, negotiation, analysis, problem solving, decision making, judgment, management and leading skills.
  • Very good knowledge of local regulations, government policies and market SWOT. Up to date of world class innovation, production, processing technology and machinery.
  • Good command of English


  • Master in Business field
  • Bachelor in Chemical Sciences

Work experience

  • 5-year experience in management level
  • 10-year experience in industrial fields – Scientific Instrument


  • To sell and manage Business Line – Scientific Instrument
  • To support customer requirement such as inquiry, product technical/using etc.
  • Develop sales team to achieve sales target
  • Identify and manage business opportunities, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances
  • To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures sales goals and profitability
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area
  • Establish sales strategies and manage operational plan (budgets, expenses, costs, manpower, and work process) of business line in order to achieve sales volume (objective of business line) and objectives of the company.
  • Drive and review sales plans, promotional plans and incentive programs in order to achieve sale target and objectives of the business line
  • Monitor market conditions and implement targeted marketing plans, manage external communication at trade shows and public relations outlets in order to promote our brand and achieve business targets
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities and expansion channel of existing clients in order to contribute to organization’s short and long term business goals.
  • Manage and control customer service strategies that enhance the relationship with customers including the arrangement of commercial quotes and agreements in order to ensure that customer service strategies and activities are integrated with other business
  • Drive and monitor on performance of service team and ensure that service team follow the business line standard policy and procedures in order to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and manage inventory management plan in order to minimize stock potential write off and maximize delivery of performance
  • Ensure all business relation associates are trained and coached in the correct processes and procedures in order to meet business targets and maintain a high-performing workforce.
  • Leadership responsibilities

    Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advice on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance; evaluate, review and propose subordinate performance evaluation, promotion, recognition and competency assessments in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
