Job Description

1. Demonstrated ability to produce UX deliverables

  • Gathering business and user requirements – work closely with users to gather requirements from user research, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, surveys, and so on into positive user experiences
  • Analyse user insights
  • Deliver information architecture, personas, user journeys, concepts maps, site maps, flows, wireframes, low fidelity mock-ups, high fidelity prototypes, and UI specifications

  • Requisite education and experience :

    • 5+ years of UX experience or related field – UX designer, information architect, visual designer, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar role, and a strong portfolio of effective Experience Design work
    • Strong eCommerce B2C experience
    • Experience working on a multi market / multi language eCommerce site
    • An online portfolio to showcase working process and examples
    • Education if relevant – Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or similar fields

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

    • Expert experience with toolset (Microsoft suite, Axure, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools)

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Responds to customer inquires regarding orders, complaints and technical problem notifications by phone.

  • FINANCE MANAGER

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Will be responsible for a wide variety of Accounting, Finance and Treasury responsibilities. Accounting responsibilities will include periodic close and financial reporting. Finance responsibilities include preparation of annual budget, periodic forecasts and provide analysis of financial results and budget variance. Treasury responsibilities include cash management.
    • 1. Management
    • Doing the daily activities of the Accounting Department
    • Create and maintain a department schedule to ensure appropriate coverage
    • Monitor and control department expenses
    • Create, review, and revise department policies and procedures
    • Work collaboratively with department managers and directors
    • 2. Accounting
    • Prepare monthly journal entries, corporate taxes, income tax, etc.
    • Reconcile and analyze select balance sheet accounts monthly, or review and approve same.
