Job Description

Accountant Assistant Manager
Be part of dynamic and international team at a multinational company!
We are looking for Accountant Assistant Manager for our partner;
Our partner is a manufacturer in the fields of Home Appliances in Vietnam and currently looking for Accountant Assistan Manager who will be responsible for Indonesia market.
Job description:
11. Review the tax aspect of transactions to ensure tax compliance
12. Review monthly payment and monthly reporting of withholding tax, final tax and VAT to Tax Office.
13. Maintain and ensure all company administration in accordance with tax regulation.
14. Value added tax
a. Maintain VAT through Faktur ensure with the tax compliance
b. Maintain & reconcile VAT out for invoice with e-faktur
c. Prepare VAT in from supplier as per receipt VAT receipt and maintain filling properly
d. Reconcile VAT in & out between GL & e-faktur
e. Report e-faktur to Tax office
15. Withholding tax
a. Prepare tax receipt based on original invoice paid
b. Perform monthly report ESPT to Tax office
c. Prepare corporate income tax installment and execute the payment via bank transfer
d. Reconcile withholding tax and corporate income tax
e. Coordinate to collect and maintain proper filling of withholding tax receipt from customer
f. Prepare and report monthly withholding tax return and monitor employee income tax return.
16. Manage timely submission of monthly/ annually tax form
17. Reconcile sales revenue & payment with customers
Job requirement:

• Female not over 35 years old.

• Minimum 5 years experience in handling tax.

• Bachelor degree in finance or accounting. Graduating from University of Indonesia or Trisakti is preferred.

• Having Brevet A & Brevet B level of qualification

• Very detail oriented person

• Excellent English skills both in writing & communication
