PT Buma Apparel IndustryA Hong Kong company is Opening a new Representative Office located in south Jakarta. We are urgently Looking for qualified individual asAccounting and Administrative Staff with a direct report line to Chief Representative (Foreigner) and a dotted report line to Asia CFO.Responsibilities Accounting and Admin Supervisor of the Foreign Representative Office Familiar with finance report, general ledger and trial balance is a must Ensure the smooth running of daily accounting and financial transactions such as record transactions into the accounting system, accurately post and balance all entries in assigned ledgers. Ensure payroll process is smooth and accurate Forecasting & budget controlling for the Foreign Representative Office Ensure accounting and taxation regulation Support the head office forrepresentative office admin and HR operation Female Bachelor (S1) degree/Diploma (D3) majoring in Accounting from reputable University Min 3 years of experience working as Finance/Accounting officer preferably in a Foreign Representative Office or a multinational company Familiar with taxation, budgeting and general reporting of a Foreign Representative Office. Perform petty cash and bank key in and Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions – G/L and knowledge of MYOB is a plus.
