1. Responsible for payroll administration work.2. Responsible for payroll system and process enhancement to meet requirement.3. Conduct monthly individual income tax claim and filing documentation on time;4. Maintain effective communication with payroll banking, labor bureau, tax bureau for staff issues;5. Provide statistics payroll and tax data as required by legal entities;6. Provide statistics reports as required by local labor authorities and internal requirements;7. Support in kinds of benefits related administration job assigned.8. Implement quality objectives assigned by the Manager.9. Preparing of references and copies of documents related to the labour activity of the employees on their demand.
Prior experience working in a services environment in the payroll and/or benefits field or in a HR generalist/HR management function or experience gained in a similar service function. Also, demonstrated experience implementing processes improvement initiatives. Preferably within the same position at least 2-3 years
1.Good English skills, spoken and written2.The different HR processes and HR technologies available in the marketplace 3.Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel and HRMS systems / database 4.Knowledge of best practices in HR services environments as well as best practices in the payroll and benefits function
