About Our Client
Our client is a multinational company and one of the leading players in the printing business and has been a pioneer within their sector. The business markets around the industry through their exceptional reputation in providing quality services and the endless supply of creativity with high-margin possibilities.
As part of our client’s ambitious growth plans we have the pleasure of recruiting a Sales Manager. This would be a great opportunity for a talented individual to join an entrepreneurial organization to further grow the business model.
Sales Manager is responsible for all of the sales activities in Indonesia. This person is expected to have a strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as capability to work independently. Other responsibilities are including:
- Developing new business within the existing office supplies customer base
- Producing business plans and forecasts
- Meeting set targets and KPIs
- Liaising with the Managing Director with your ideas to take the business forward
- Developing and training a sales team
The Successful Applicant
Sales Manager will be based in Jakarta and is expected to be innovative and has a creative approach to business. The role will be reporting directly to Country Manager. Other key requirements include:
- Indonesian Nationality
- Extensive Managed Print Services experience
- Display a proven track record of working in a sales target driven environment
- Possess the ability and skills to present and pitch to senior decision makers
- Experience of building, managing and training teams would be an advantage
