About Our Client
Founded 20 years ago, Our Client is a Leading Technology Company with global presence more then 15 countries globally. They are the expert in providing consulting and services for Banking and Financial Service Industry. As the business growth tremendously, With more then 500 existing client globally, They are aiming to be the market leader in Indonesia Market and looking for exceptional Sales Director to Develop their presence in Indonesia.
Sales Director will be responsible to identify and develop “pipeline generation” activities, establish and maintain executive relationships with line of business executives at assigned client accounts,
Other key responsibility are:
*Represent the Company’s Technology Products (cross business unit) to uncover opportunities regardless of organization boundaries
*Develop a client relationship plan that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention rates through consistent client engagement
*Develop a plan to identify competitively installed accounts and drive competitive displacements
*Deliver sales presentations that drive account development in targeted clients and prospects.
*Stay current on Company solutions products and offerings and maintain the appropriate level of solutions certification
*Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and utilize the Company opportunity management system to track pipeline of opportunities.
*Work closely with internal functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, service level agreements and maintenance support
The Successful Applicant
The Sales Director will be based in Jakarta and open for Indonesian only. He/she will be reporting directly to Country Manager based in Indonesia and Global Head of Sales based in Singapore. He /she need to have a proven track record selling Technology solutions into Banking and Financial Service industry. Ability to interact with C-Levels position in Banking and Financial service industry is a must.
Other requirement are:
*Degree holder in Business Minimum 5 years of Sales experience focused on high – level solution-based and conceptual selling in BSFI
*Knowledge of retail and corporate banking IT products is a huge plus
*Knowledge of enterprise wide solutions and IS applications Understands IT Solutions products selling life-cycle
*Proven track record of successful relationship building internal and external, business partnering with accounts and multi – resource team selling – senior level managers in banks in the country
*Strong business problem skills which include solving integrated solutions problems
*Ability to apply computer and communication tools effectively to interact with customers, selling teams and other Company resources.
