    Job Description
    This strategic role will be reporting functionally to the Head and Business, and to the Regional Operating Director, and will be responsible to deliver exceptional services with each customer interaction, which is critical to this business. Other key responsibilities include:

    -Managing and fulfilling customers’ requests for standard via phone, email, and / or chat.

    -Fulfilling clients’ requests through a variety or resources through excellent communication in a prompt, professional and concise manner.

    -Delivering the highest level of customer service and quality in timely manner.

    -Exercising judgement and discretion when serving as a primary touch point for escalated customer service issues and vendor communication.

    -Maintaining and retaining the existing clients. Leading the client relationship management through effective communication of the client needs.

    -Representing clients’ brands in professional and courteous manners.

    -Ensuring that all policies and procedures are in line with the group.

    -Proactively attending meetings, trainings and events to obtain new information about clients and how to assist customers and clients.

    -Recruiting, developing and providing trainings to potential consultants in the team.

    The Successful Applicant
    It is essential that the candidate we are looking for has the drive to succeed, and an excellent communication, and a customer-centric individual. This role is only opened to Indonesians and ideally, you will have worked or studied abroad and be familiar in working with an MNC and foreign businesses.

    Furthermore, you will be willing to hands-on, be ready to elevate your career by building the business presence in Indonesia. To seize the opportunity you should have:

    -University graduate major in a reputable university; post-graduate degree is a plus.

    -Preferably, you will come from private banking, wealth management background, hospitality background handling 4* and above only, and has an extensive network within the high-network individuals.

    -Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-centric / customer service and operational role, with strong track records.

    -Good leadership skill, be a team player and is able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

    -Complete fluency in both English and Indonesian, spoken and written

    -Excellent communication and presentation skills, insightful and creative in developing appropriate solutions.

    -Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.

    -Experience in a start-up company will be a plus.
