Description

To handle and provide support to the inquiries from bank partners or sales team via phone calls or emails in order to assist in providing product knowledge, information about the applications and transactions status, business rules in Underwriting New Business and Claim, Policy Owner Service, Finance, Products Department and other related Business Units, in an accurate and proper business manner.

. Communication and relationship:

  • Handle and respond to incoming phone calls and emails from bank partners or sales team by providing information needed, serving requests and solving problems arisen from business, administrative and compliance perspectives, in an accurate, timely and proper business manner.
  • Liaise with Individual Underwriting New Business and Claim, Policy Owner Service, Billing and Collection, Finance, Products, Information Technology Department and other business units in both processing business as usual and implementing new products, funds and projects.
  • Work within the boundaries of the company’s policies, practice standards, AML/KYC policies and other procedure that are relevant to the specific roles and activities.
  • Handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances and conflicts by negotiating with related parties to promote customer satisfaction and create a healthy working environment.
  • Escalate and keep the superior in the loop of discussion of any potential issues which might lead to complaints and conflicts.

. Analysis and ad-hoc tasks:

  • Understand, analyze and investigate exception cases proposed by bank partners to provide a fair treatment towards the customer, bank partners and the company.
  • Perform tasks and projects assigned by the superior to enhance the business process and to implement new procedure in the system.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree from all Major
  • Good problem solving skills and logical thinking
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skill and customer service oriented
  • Detail and Well-organized
  • Good in team player
  • Initiative and independent
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
