Job Description

Role Purpose:

This position will be responsible for driving mobile banking product sales through new and existing customers, meet targets and report effectively to the business, and also maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. It will represents the mobile banking products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with management background

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
  • Work in financial services company for at least 2 to 3 years at the same level
  • Solid experience in developing and managing strategic partnering relationships
    • Proven experience in developing sales team and maintaining sales targets achievement

Skills:

  • Having comprehensive knowledge of sales process management concepts and implementation
  • Strong best practice understanding in the field of sales process management and development
  • Superior knowledge regarding the practices and principles related to the implementation of corporate partnership.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate partner.
  • Highly entrepreneurial self-starter and manager/coach by hands-on in defining objectives and producing deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills and capabilities
  • Strong blend of analytical, decision-making and creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent in communication, presentation and negotiation skills capabilities
  • Excellent in people management and human resource development
  • Proven ability to work across different functions, business units, geographies, and cultures

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Scope:

Strategic Planning

  • Provide and clarify departmental objectives for the team based on divisional work plan
  • Ensure departmental KPI cascaded down to the teams based on organizational scorecard
  • Manage departmental budget based on divisional work plan and control the utilization/realization of it
  • Deliverables:

  • Assuring departmental operates on budget and help contribute to organizational goals
  • Sales & Account Management

  • Researching markets, identifying and approaching prospective strategic corporate account, developing relationships, establishing agreements, also proactively recruits new corporate account
  • Develop partnership sales program in order to achieve sales revenue target
  • Forecast the corporate sales plan & recommend changes, also Maintain sales budget & control expenses
  • Hiring, Train and develop a high performing corporate sales team
  • Strong mentoring, coaching and development skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve results
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing corporate account
  • Coordinates the involvement of internal Indosat personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the Mobile Banking products, also building marketing and promoting of product portfolio by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events
  • Periodically reviews actual sales performance, compares it to the KPI target and to the business contribution needs
  • Deliverables:

  • Corporate account sales revenue target
  • Expanding sales territory & account management
  • Partnership sales program (Co-Branding)
  • Continues and routine corporate sales account performance report
  • Team Building & Development

  • Develop a performance oriented culture
  • Monitors, evaluates and improves the performance of department and individual staff, recommending and implementing personnel actions, such as promotions and dismissals.
  • Attract, motivates and retains top talent and ensure the succession plan.
  • Provides coaching, mentorship and guidance to subordinates.
  • Deliverables:

  • HR development and succession plan clarity
