With expansion into Indonesia we are seeking a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be a Project Manager and lead a number of small projects for the company
To take total accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing the largest projects or programs of high complexity and setup and running of a PMO. Responsible for managing the program team consisting of Project managers, analyst and development team.
This position is one of the members of the Senior IT Leadership Team and may be deputies for the Group IT Director in his absence.
Build strong partnership with Internal clients (country CEO, COO, etc.) and other stakeholders, anticipating requirements and deliver the projects accordingly
Act as a project manager where necessary for large and complex project
Setup and the running of the PMO and the related procedures and processes including a governance process.
Oversee the budget of all the projects on behalf of the organization. Monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses
Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall enforcing the integrity of the program and projects
Ensure good practices of documentation by projects
Manage third party contributions to the project or program as appropriate
Manage Communication with all stakeholders
Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
Manage the risks to the program’s successful outcome
Report progress of the program at regular intervals to the IT director and Asia management
Min of 8 years in structured project management and/or PMO work
In depth experience in project and program and PMO best practices
Strong use of structured project management approach
Good knowledge of Insurance industry workings
Excellent working knowledge of current technologies and project trends
Demonstrable evidence of influencing positive change within a PMO delivery model
Able to work independently with a proven track record of working successfully in complex matrix environment
Strong communication skills and teamwork
Experience in dealing with IT development environment
Has experience in Transformation Projects.
