As a CS Leader, you will be conducting daily customer support tasks, while leading the team to ensure a perfect day-to-day call center operation.

- Ensure that the team is working within the company’s standard
- Ensure that the team meets its daily target
- Tackle problems faced by your team
- Lead the team in working efficiently, ensuring everyone is provided with necessary tools/equipment
- Responsible in creating and maintaining daily work schedule
- A responsible and independent natural leader that can motivate the team to achieve their individual target
- At least 4 years of experience in Customer Support
- Vast knowledge of financial product is preferred
- Passionate in helping to solve others’ problem
- Experience as Customer Support / Call Center Lead from a respected bank
