Main Duties/Tugas Utama :
- Check completeness of credit approval based on credit approval matrix, as well as deviation approval (if any).
- Check Offer Letter prepared by Client Service / Middle Office Retail Banking against credit proposal and credit decision.
- Check completeness of legal documents and other supporting documents to facilitate the preparation of credit agreements and legalisation of collateral.
- Prepare Order Letter for Notary, for processing of credit agreements and legalisation of collateral.
- Prepare credit and collateral agreement and other documents.
- Review draft credit agreements prepared by Notary are in line with credit approvals.
- Due diligence for first drawdown : ensure fulfilment of approval conditions, conditions precedents and drawdown conditions.
- Handle loan repayment process and release of collateral, in line with existing procedures.
- Administer collateral data, monitoring and follow-up of pending documentation from client, Notary or Insurance company (To be Obtained – TBO).
- Check that credit documents received from Notary are in complete order, legally perfect and in compliance with credit approval.
- Accurate data input of limit, collateral and credit conditions in the Bank’s core system.
- Prepare credit related information for Bank Indonesia / External Auditor / other Banks – on request basis.
- Maintain credit documents (facility agreements, collateral documents) in legal files and safekeeping files in complete order, well monitored and up-to-date.
- Proper safekeeping of legal files and collateral documents in transit (vault) and in third party record management provider.
Other Duties/Tugas Lain:
- In charge of Balikpapan, Samarinda & Banjarmasin credit administration duties.
- Projects or other duties assigned by superiors from time to time, as and when necessary, in line with business requirements and the overall learning process.
